I am the science and math instructional coach for two elementary schools in New Hampshire. My husband and I love to hike and we have hiked all 48 of the 4,000 foot mountains in New Hampshire. We have two children and we spent 3 summers traveling across the country with them visiting National Parks and other beautiful areas. I am passionate about nature and teaching and have taught and supported students and teachers for 3 decades. I have been introducing Nature Journaling to my K-4 students and teachers this year and I look forward to hearing how others use nature journaling to integrate the NGSS, literacy, math, and art as well as build a school community that is passionate and curious about science and the natural world.
