Colored pencils are an easy and fun way to start to add color to your nature journal. Learn fundamental layering techniques to help you build rich colors with precision and ease. These techniques will allow you to match the vibant colors and breadth of values that you see in nature.

SUPPLIES: Journal, pen. Make sure your colored pencil kit includes: Black Grape, Greyed Lavender, and White (Prismacolor, available in my store), plus Process Red, True Blue, and Canary Yellow in Prismacolor OR Fuschia, Cadmimum Yellow, and Pthalo Blue in Faber Castell Polychromos.
